Blue Blood is a Wood-Aged Brett Saison that’s all juiced up. Brewed with multiple Brett yeast strains, Blue Blood is then refermented on fresh blood oranges and blueberries. Pouring a translucent plum with a slight haze, this beer greets you with pronounced aromatics. Expect big blood orange, passion fruit, and plum character, along with a myriad of additional fruit flavors and a hint of clove. On the palate, it is dry, tart, and fruity, with a bitter citrus sensation.
