Beer description
This is a smoked weizenbock with the addition of smoked Habanero pepper. When brewing this beer we used more than 50% wheat malt, among which we used caramel and chocolate wheat malts, three types of beech smoked malt and one peat smoked malt. The beer turned out very interesting, to add even more interest we bought 3kg of fresh Habanero peppers, dried them, then smoked them over pear and apple wood chips, infused them with Mexican Tequila and added this helluva mixture to our beer. The spiciness of the peppers blends perfectly with the strength and deep flavour of the double wheat ale.
