Innova Nova

This New England IPA pours slightly turbid blonde, with quite some carbonation and a beautiful white head. In the aroma we find a complex combination of floral, fruity (light citrus) and spicy, this next to the aroma bitterness from the dry-hopping with Summit hops. In the taste we find a refreshing effect of the carbonation and again that citrus-fruitiness. The beer is slightly bitter and this is best reflected in the aftertaste that is long and complex, holding subtle bitterness.
