Beer description
Andrew Moray fought side by side with William Wallace during Scotland’s struggle for independence at the Battle of Stirling Bridge where he suffered wounds that would lead to his death later that year. We honor this unyielding spirit with a Scotch Ale that was aged in both peated and unpeated Scotch Whiskey barrels. Moray is full bodied and smooth with a bit of peat smoke and subtle notes of chocolate and residual sweetness on the finish. This beer is perfectly paired with a crisp winters eve, and freedom! Sláinte!
