Bowden - IPA

The original sinspiration, we fell in love with WCIPA’s on our first US roadtrip. Now we’ve thrown caution to the trade winds, tossed asunder our jobs, and dived headfirst into the unknown. We’ve brewed this impression of a true West (is best) Coast IPA, full of all those lingering memories and flavours. Just as the forest hugs the coastline, this pairs a big green bitter hit and resiny pine, with fresh citrus, tropical fruits, and even hints of floral blossoms for those that get that far south. Refreshing like a dip in the Pacific, but with the boldness you’d expect from a yank. Take the plunge. Malts: Extra Pale, Aurora, Acidulated Hops: Magnum, Citra, Idaho#7, Mosaic, Simcoe Yeast: Safale US-05
