Beer description

An unfiltered, top-fermented beer characterized by a special bouquet of hops that give it a citrus aroma, and by abundant hopping both at the end of the boil and cold, to enhance its aromas to the maximum. Among these varieties of hops, our master brewers have chosen the cascade grown in Italy.
