Birra Irias - Ambra

Amber is flavored with fresh Sicilian bitter orange peel, coriander and ginger. Spicy, drinkable, with a bright yellow color it is fermented with yeasts that produce few esters and with lower temperatures to better express the flavors of Sicilian malt and the aromas of spices. We called this style "Sicilian blonde ale". Excellent to pair with fish for a combination that will leave you breathless. The light body makes it a beer devoted to drinkability, perfect as an aperitif or to relieve the thirst of the most demanding palates.
