Irias Aura

The first Cerevisia 2015 South and Islands award is the culmination of a work on materials and a meticulous recipe. This beer is fermented in a Sicilian key IRIAS. We have called this style "Sicilian strong ale" which highlights the flavor of our malts and the fragrance of spices without covering them with stylistic exasperations. It is flavored with concentrated Sicilian grape juice and with coriander, has an intense body and a golden color and is excellent for classic beer pairings. It goes well with the rusticity of a cheese, with a delicate first, with a risotto but it is also the perfect complement to a good meditation.
