Beer description
From the island defined by the Romans as the granary of Italy, a Sicilian Wheat Ale for those who love the classic taste of beer, but do not want to lose the pleasure of artisan scents. We took a "tumminu" (unit of measure of the island, about 16 kg) for each variety of ancient Sicilian wheat: Tumminia, Bidì, Russello, Maiorca and Perciasacchi and we transformed it, together with barley malt, into a beer simple and drinkable, for all occasions, from the earthy and herbaceous scent of the strong Sicilian lands.
