Birra Irias - Rubra

Rubra is the Irias interpretation of the IPA style and is ready to amaze even the most skeptical. You will not find a modern IPA, now standardized towards the exasperations in the use of hops. In our beer the aroma of malts, the aromas of plum, caramel, contrasted by a light toast, are combined with the floral and earthy of continental hops. Bitter is balanced and not too invasive.
