Iris Birra Bionda

Hazy deep golden colour. Not much head, fades quickly leaving a ring on the border and thin layer. Smell is grain, some citrus and some funky unidentified thing. Body is good, mouthfeel is not bad, but it’s kind of "unresolved", confuse. Taste is bitter, citrus, cereal, again, not bad, but it needs something more.
