Beer description
A Pils-like beer, but not quite, inspired by the cult microbrewery creation Birrificio Italiano. Blonde, crisp, 5.5% alc, lightly dryhopped with noble German hops, citrusy, slightly grassy and with subtle floral notes. Not exactly a classic Pils, as a style of beer we call it PilsGen, in homage to the first Tipopils.
