ISAR Bier - Unicorn

May we introduce: the Unicorn beer! It should actually be called Uni-Korn. Or quite right one grain. Einkorn is THE original grain! Quasi, the great mother or the great father of all cereal grains (just read it on Wikipedia). And that's exactly what we use to make our einkorn malt! Together with the best aroma hops, this creates a unique beer with a very special malt note. Everything from organic farming, of course. Bottom up! A unique beer that combines the best ingredients, the best craftsmanship and the best taste. Or as we say: all good good!
