Common sense, so zealously promoted by modern civilisation, is, as we know, an absolute evil and satanic idea. And where there is evil, there is destruction. We are ready to fight it, to burn it out, to build a new beautiful and light on the charred smoking remains. Or dark. A dark, thick rich strong ale. Smoky, roasty and burnt, with flavours of coffee, chocolate, sultanas and prunes and a subtle note of whisky.
