Indian Pale Ale to which the abundant use of peaceful hops Mosaic El Dorado and Citra gives an intense, powerful and explosive aromatic profile of exotic fruit and citrus. On the palate the hints of caramel and red fruit emerge from the roasted malts which elegantly prepare for a bitter finish, important but never excessive. Old school IPA that wants to be an icon of that roundness of taste that is often unjustly sacrificed.
