Le Prospecteur - Jackleg Grosse Machine

Jackleg Grosse Machine is a strong black beer flavoured with vanilla and American whisky, an 'Imperial' version of our traditional Jackleg. The flavours of this beer are created by adding wood chips from Jack Daniel's barrels and fresh vanilla beans. In addition to its woody and vanilla flavours, this black ale has an array of other flavours, including oatmeal, caramel, chocolate, coffee and roasted grain (SRM 45).
