Beer description
Aroma: "Low, flowery, earthy and spicy hop aroma, with a little lemon citrus sweetness. Fresh lemon citrus fruit makes for a clean, fresh pilsner. Light sulfur, with a medium bread-like malt aroma." Taste: "Sweet Pilsner malt, almost like a candy, with some tart citrus notes. Slightly earthy spicy notes of the hops are well placed, above the level of a Czech Pilsner, but not over the top. The beer is well balanced, and the carbonation and mouthfeel are spot on. " Overall: "Delicious, very drinkable beer that is refreshing and soft, with a well-balanced sweet malt and slightly bitter hops. The delicate body and the champagne-like carbonation leave a crisp, long-lasting aftertaste - you could drink that all day. "
