Aroma- interesting, some wild apples, gooseberries and subtle lemon in the background. Straw yellow, delicately hazy, with a medium-low head and some lacing. Taste- low sourness, still pleasant wild and a bit tart apples and white gooseberries. Then come a bit tobacco-like hoppiness and subtle, fresh grainy notes. No bitterness. Low-bodied (but doesn't feel watery), with a low carbonation. Easy-drinking, innovative light beer.
