Beer description
St. Martin’s special is brewed according to parts of preserved recipes from the 16th century where the amount of ingredients is clear and therefore the probable recipe for the preparation of the exclusive special beer may be concluded. It is produced not only from barley, but also from wheat malt, which gives the beer a slight flavour of banana and cloves. It is characterised by its refreshing taste and medium fullness and it is very drinkable. It is produced once a year for St. Martin’s Day.
