Beer description
Brewed in collaboration with Brewful Life in Shanghai.
The inspiration for this beer stems from an argument over which city has the best summer soda: pulpy orange Beibingyang from Beijing or salty tangy Yanqishui from Shanghai.
Since neither side would budge, we decided to brew a beer that combines the best of both sides: Yanbingbing, a tart Gose infused with salted orange peel.
