Jodlbauer GmbH - Josefi-Dunkel

Unfiltered, dukled yeast wheat with wheat and barley malt. Brown-reddish beer with creamy white foam crown. Mild fruit aroma, caramel and cloves dominate the smell. Mild yeasty-sourdrunk with light malt notes; the caramel malts only get through strongly at the end, while the whole taste is underlaid with fruity tones.
