In addition to hand-picked old apple varieties, bitter wine pears traditionally shape the unique character of Swabian cider.
The dealcoholization of our cider is done "in house" through vacuum distillation at a gentle 35°C to preserve the characteristic, fresh aromas.
The old apple and pear varieties we use are characterized by their fresh acidity and bitter tannins. For even more complexity, we refine them with selected herbs, flowers, and spices.
We do not use added flavors, concentrates, or sugar.
Smell: Red berries, refreshingly sharp with a bitter hop aroma
Taste: distinctive sweet-sour interplay, exciting bitter notes with bitter accents of non-alcoholic red wine
Recommendation: With grilled dishes, alone as a bitter non-alcoholic beverage
