Joseph James Bucker Brown Ale

When tasked with making a typically unexciting style, our brewers decided to do it their way. The end result is our full-flavored, hoppy, Busker Brown Ale. They’ve combined brown malt and chocolate malt to lend a toasty flavor and deep brown color, as well as crystal malt and melanoidin to supply a rich and lightly sweet malt backbone. They then dosed it with Northwestern American hops to provide a balanced bitterness, citrusy aromas, and a clean hoppy finish.
