Sibeeria - Joyride

Vašek from Černý Potoka is known for his hazy, hop-forward beers. We did brew a few of these as well, so when we got (finally) together, we started looking for a way how to make it a challenge. Hopeful expectations of warm weather lead us to the idea of brewing it as light as possible. 8 plato should be challenging enough. So we loaded it with rye and oats and wheat and Talus and Citra and Simcoe hops to cover up for all the missing alcohol. Meet Joyride, our 2.7% ABV NEIPA that brings plenty of joyful fruity notes and will work great for hydration, as you drink one after another of these. And one more after that.
