They use a blend of Southern Passion, Hallertau, and Saphir hops for pleasant floral, herbal, and earthy characteristics with a touch of red berries and passionfruit. They chose a malt that was grown near the Adriatic Sea near Venice to highlight the terroir of the region and stay traditional to this emerging style.
