For the longest time, Ettl Bräu brewed bottom-fermented beers. It was only 25 years ago that they started producing wheat beers. The traditional bottle fermentation was important to the Ettl family as it guarantees particularly high quality. The Jubiläumsweisse is the beer with which the Teisnach brewery wants to toast to 25 years of expertise in wheat beer. The Weisse has a dark amber color, it is finely malty and equipped with the typical banana and clove aromas.
