Gekko Brewing Company - Juice Comme Sour

Using the basic recipe of our regular beer Juice Comme Ça, we slowly sour this beer during the fermentation process. The result is a tart IPA with a good balance between the flavor and bitterness of the hops and the slight tartness that shines through, making it a great thirst quencher for the hot days ahead!
