Jungle Juice Marisol

Beer deidicated to the Roman summer and to the sense of melancholy initimacy of a city full of the ethereal and solitary atmosphere of the Capitoline August. The driest and most drinkable of the production, unloading and flowing of malts, with a more decisive presence of hops that refer to hints of gooseberry, exotic fruit, white flowers and coconut. Ingredients: water, barley malt (Pils, Cara Pils), flaked oats, hops (Styrian Wolf, Hallertau Blanc), yeast (US-05). Suggested pairings: thirst, sun, saudade.
