Beer description
Wild Sour Ale, fermented with a blend of brett yeast, 2 strains of lacto and a mixture of in-house wild yeasts and bacteria (harvested from yarrow, cherry and plum trees).
The beer is then refermented on fruit (redcurrants, 300g/L) and dry-hopped at Nelson-Sauvin.
