Black Heath - Just Another Manic TTB Day

This collaboration started with a Virago Port Rum Barrel we carried to Manic Meadery in Crown Point, Indiana. They Fermented Maple Blossom Honey Sur Lees, and when emptied brought the barrel back to RVA. We added Carmelized Alfalfa Honey and Western Buckwheat Honey plus Black Currants, Blackberries, and Black Raspberries. Bust out your WalkMan and get MANIC!
