A family-owned company focused on sustainably growing and processing high-quality hops, they are known for their deep commitment to environmentally friendly farming practices, such as organic and regenerative farming. Hops used: Cascade, Strata, Zappa and Amarillo CGX (patented cryo hop from Crosby with extra concentration and flavor intensity).
