Kaiser Bräu - Veldensteiner Mandarina Bavaria Weissbier

Mandarina Bavaria is a new, exciting flavor hop variety from Hallertau. In terms of taste, this hop provides an exotic bouquet and, at the same time, a pleasantly fruity aroma, which is characterized by a tangerine / orange note - mixed with citrus nuances. In the brewing process, the hops are not added to the wort boil in the brewhouse as usual, but only during storage and maturation in the cold area ("cold hop"). In this way, the particularly sensitive and volatile aroma substances are retained right into the finished beer.
