High fermentation black beer, unpasteurized, unfiltered and fermented in the bottle. No added carbon dioxide, stabilizers and preservatives. Produced with oat flakes, barley malts of different toasts and with a small percentage of dried smoked malts over beechwood fires. Serve in a flared glass with plenty of foam.
The only beer produced following a real style the Oatmeal Stout (enters the category of dry-stout due to its easy drinking and the attenuated alcoholic content 5.4. Dark beer with oat "Oatmeal" which helps to soften the product ). A slight percentage of smoked malts give a very delicate smoky sensation.
