Beer description
The bottle has a blackboard effect surface where the year of production and the relative number are reported (about 500 bottles were produced). It has an alcohol content of 5.5% Vol. The color is reddish to brown, clear if not accompanied by the bottom of the yeasts, fine white foam tending to pink. The olfactory intensity is noticeable with fruity and vinous references: green apple, plum, wine vinegar, wild and ripe cherry. On the palate it is bittersweet, but at the same time harsh, citric with a slender body. Some scents may recall the ancient red flemish (a present acidity, but much less pronounced) bittersweet and bitter taste reduced. A slight controlled oxidation is carried out to make it more "marsated", fruit in infusion is not used, but the hibiscus (karkade ') leaves excellent scents that pass from the sour to the fruity. A beer that is certainly vinous and light, easy to fall in love with, offers special aromas and a pleasant delicacy. As you can see from the description, but above all in the tasting phase, it is a product that crosses the border between beer and wine. Carbonation enhances these characteristics, making this beer, despite the difficult complexity, absolutely pleasant, fresh and drinkable.
