Beer description
Ingredients: water, malt Pilsner and Munich, Chinook hops, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin, Safale US-05.
Pilsen malt was used in particular. A small proportion of Munich malt gives the beer not only its color but also the fullness of the malt body with very fine caramel tones developing at a higher temperature.
American hops Chinook and Centennial give the beer not only bitterness but also a delicate grapefruit taste. New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin used in the last and cold hops then brings a wine aroma and a specific "wine" dry taste.
