Served with a lime slice. Murky yellow body, white head. Light dry aroma, lemony, phenolic touch, covered by the lime really, which helps it along quite nice however - but it's not a feature of the beer itself. Light, lean taste, without a well developed ester/phenol profile, but the prickly body, the citric touches and a surprisingly nice hoppy bitter finish, work together to create a tonic-like refreshing light beer which as a whole works better than the sum of its parts. Exactly what I needed on a hot summer Sunday!
