An IPA aged in barrels? At Kees, we do just that! Barrel Project 2026 matured for six months in Gouden Carolus and brandy barrels, but remains surprisingly fresh. Thanks to dry hopping after maturation, the hop aromas of citrus and tropical fruit burst forth again, creating a perfect balance between barrel depth and IPA freshness.
