Kees - Mad About Hops - Falconer’s Flight 7CS

This is the second installment in our Mad About Hops series, in which we give free rein to our love for Single Hop IPAs. Why? Because this is the way to fully express the unique characteristics of one specific hop variety. In this installment, we have selected Falconer's Flight 7Cs , a powerful hop blend consisting of seven iconic American hop varieties: Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Citra, Cluster, Columbus and Crystal . Many of them start with a 'C', which immediately explains the name. This blend delivers a lively and layered hop profile with fresh citrus aromas, floral accents, a spicy undertone and tropical hints. An IPA that really lets you taste what hops can do
