When our beloved Bohemian Dream sold out, we decided to try something new: a small batch of a classic Italian Pilsner. This style is known for its distinctly hoppy character, which is achieved by an extra step in the brewing process: dry-hopping. For this fresh variant, we chose the noble German hops Magnum and Spalter, which provide a pleasantly bitter finish and a delicate spicy touch. The result? A craft lager as you rarely taste it - fresh, tight and with just a bit more character than you are used to from a standard lager. We have only filled 600 litres in this stylish 44 cl can, and many brewers have already sold one. So be quick, because this Pilz is limited in availability and tastes like more.
