We, the brewers, have combined our strengths and stout expertise to create an incomparable, rich, and intense beer that's sweet, complex, and warming. A true dessert in a glass. Omnipollo is a Swedish brewery known for its experimental beers and striking artwork. They started without a brewery of their own and traveled the world to brew their recipes at other breweries, a so-called "gypsy brewer."
