Our Blueberry Fruit Gose in the elegant 0.75l bottle is the result of our passion for extraordinary flavors and our love for nature. In early July, we personally harvested the best blueberries to do justice to their freshness and quality in our brewing art. Using traditional methods, we fermented the Blueberry Gose in the bottle, giving it a unique character. It impresses with its high drinkability, which is evident in a dry and fruity flavor profile, accompanied by a light, white wine-like acidity. The relatively high carbonation level provides a fine, lively effervescence that makes the Gose particularly refreshing. For the perfect enjoyment, we recommend drinking the Blueberry Fruit Gose well chilled. This way, it unfolds its full elegance and is ideal as an aperitif on a warm late summer evening.
