Keller Holz - Blanche

Blanche means 'white' in French, and this Belgian beer is very light indeed. The white colour is achieved by adding large quantities of unmalted wheat, which is characteristic of this style, and coriander and orange peel are also traditionally added during brewing to give this beer a bright aroma. The result is a light summer beer with a pleasantly mellow body and a spicy, citrusy aroma.
