Kemker Kultuur - Aoltbeer Mirabelles

The beers in this blend matured on average for 12 months in red wine barrels. In this time the beer developed its fruity and wine-like character. For this small blend no. 02-2021 we have used mirabelles from a local field orchard that we picked ourselves. This Aoltbeer shows a balanced acidity with lots of stonefruit character and jam.
