Beer description

The base beer matured for 5 months in red wine barrels. To this small batch 08-2021, we added organically grown Silvaner pomace from natural wine maker Andi Weigand in Franconia. After 2 months of maceration in the beer, we pressed the concoction and let it mature in barrels for another 5 months. This beer is fresh with citric and vineous notes.
