Beer description
Weisse nach Berliner Art brewed with local black oats. Refermented on local plums 'Hauszwetschge'. Mashhopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Lautered and unboiled. This is a mixed-fermented beer. No kettles were harmed in the souring of this brew.
