Twas the week before Christmas, when all through the Beer Hall
Not a creature was stirring, nothing at all.
The kegs were tapped by the bar with care,
In hopes that a bartender soon would be there.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While their parents drank this sugar plum sour and danced on their heads.
And mamma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled our brains for a long drunken nap.
It goes something like that right? This festive sour is brewed with two varieties of Plum, Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Lactose for a sweet-tart treat.
