Kiesbye Naturbrauerei - Waldbier Astrein alkoholfrei

The first non-alcoholic forest beer. Axel Kiesbye brewed it in collaboration with the Austrian Federal Forests. The special forest ingredients: spruce tips, elderflowers, and forest honey from Austrian Federal Forests areas in Upper Austria and the Salzburg region/Pinzgau. Fruity aromas of elderflower and lemon dance on the nose. The malt flavor blends with the forest honey and organic lemon juice to create a fresh, almost lemonade-like character. A hint of marzipan rounds out the array of flavors.
