Kehrwieder - Kingston

The Kehrwieder creative brewery had an exciting idea: they brewed a strong Russian Imperial Stout and distributed this for nine months on four different barrels, from Jack Daniels barrel, over Laphroaig, to Rumfass. Each of the four beers produces a fascinating interplay of toasted aromas, coffee notes, dark chocolate and, depending on the cask aging, notes of honey, smoke or, for example, toffee.
