Beer description
Haust is an excellent food beer for autumnal foods such as venison and mushrooms. We have only used Norwegian malt for this beer: Pilsner malt from Jæren Korn og Malt and our proprietary Special Kinn from Bonsak Gårdsmalteri in Nord-Trøndelag. To get the right flavour and body, we've also used dark candy syrup and cassonade syrup.
