For beer brewers, the climbing plant hops is a sacred plant. Almost all hops are now grown further south than our latitudes, but since the Middle Ages, hops have been grown for beer brewing on most Norwegian farms. In our light and bright IPA Helgen, we have carefully selected our American hop favorites, and we have made an easy-drinking, top-fermented beer with a fresh hop aroma.
